Before You Start
Make sure you have the following info from your current carrier:
The mobile number you want to transfer
Account number
PIN or passcode
Billing address on file with your current provider
Pro Tip: Don't cancel your current service just yet; your number must be active to port successfully.
How to Transfer Your Number (Port In)
Choose 'Transfer My Number': During checkout or activation, select this option to bring your current number with you.
Enter Your Info: Provide your current number, carrier name, account number, and PIN/passcode.
Submit & Wait for Approval: We'll contact your carrier to request the transfer. Most ports are completed within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours to complete the process.
Activate Your SIM or eSIM: Once your number transfers successfully, pop in your SIM (or scan your eSIM) to get started.
How Long Does It Take?
Most transfers: Done within a few minutes
Some carriers may take up to 24 hours to process your request.
Landlines or VOIP numbers: Can take a few business days
You'll get an email or text as soon as the port is complete.
