Telco Cellular – Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the Telco Cellular Help Center! Below you’ll find answers to common questions about getting started, your plan, billing, devices, and account management.

  • POWER OFF YOUR PHONE
  • Insert the SIM Card
  • - Use the SIM-eject tool that came with the Phone (or a paperclip, Included) to open the SIM TRAY
  • - Choose the Correct Size from your 3-1 SIM (standard/micro/nano) and align the notched corner with the tray,Place the SIM in the tray, and slide it back till its firmly in place
  • Go to Telcocellular.com and Log into your Account using the username/email and password you created when you ordered your Service
  • Click on the ACTIVATE YOUR SIM button
  • Turn on your Phone and it will connect to the Network
  • Test all your services. Phone, internet and messages and start enjoying your Service

  • You Can Check your "Telco Activate your Phone Email" "OR" Log into your account at Telcocellular.com and Click Activate your ESIM .
  • Go to “Activate eSIM” in your dashboard.
  • Scan the QR code we provide using your phone’s camera or SIM setup screen.
  • Restart your device to finalize activation.

Most SIMs and eSIMs activate within minutes, but it may take up to 1 hour depending on your device and carrier unlock status.

  • Go to Telcocellular.com.
  • Click Log In at the top right corner.
  • Enter the username and password you created during signup.

  • View and pay your bill.
  • Manage SIM/eSIM activations.
  • Update payment details.
  • Check your plan and services.

  • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
  • Enter your email to receive a reset link.
  • Follow the instructions to set a new password.
